TrueWeb does not require an account, name, email, or password.

We do NOT collect: browsing history, keystrokes, passwords, financial data, health information, precise location, or contacts. Analysis only happens for the specific content you choose, when you click the analyze button.
When you press "Analyze", text snippets or image URLs are sent over HTTPS to our server, which uses the Anthropic (Claude) API to estimate whether the content is AI-generated. Anthropic acts as a data processor and handles the content solely to return a probability score. It is not used to train AI models on your data.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with data brokers, advertising networks, or any third party for commercial purposes.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption). We apply reasonable technical measures to protect it. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we use industry-standard protections.
TrueWeb is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has used TrueWeb, contact us and we will delete any associated data.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through our website. Because TrueWeb uses only an anonymous user ID (no name or email), please include your user ID in any request.
We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of TrueWeb after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
